Nimbleto Golden Grail

Hi Stefan,

Yes. Let's get our products into your team's hands.

Thanks for the note on the 2nd. We understand your staff needs to be excited about our products so they can excite your customers. We want the people in your 15 stores to know Kites, Orchid, Joy Bombs and Magic Number the way we do, and we want to make this work for both of us.

So this is us saying yes, and showing you our numbers so we can plan it together.

Your mountain, from your Chalice site.

Here's something we've learned.

Customer excitement takes both of us.

Buy-in from our partners, with prominent featuring, appropriate pricing and the rest, also gets your customers excited. So we need to both work together to get there.

November 2025 to October 2026

A year of sales, with the samples we sent drawn on top.

415 sample units went out across 7 of the last 12 months, including whole cases of Kites for the shops.

That is down $73,180, or 20.2%.

Does a month of samples lift sales that month, or one, two or three months later? 0 means no link at all.

When samples go up, we don't see sales move. And we can't see store by store. That's exactly why we want to do this together.

What a month of sampling adds up to.

Here's what going all in looks like: every product, for about 12 people in each of your 15 stores, at the prices you pay. The 12 is a stand-in until your employee counts come in. We're writing it down like a receipt because this is a big investment, and we want to get it right.

* * * the all-in picture, for talking over * * *

That's the all-in picture, and it's a good reason to sit down together. We're in for that conversation.

This is a discussion.

Let's find the balance point together.

That receipt is the price if we sample every product, every employee, every store. So we need to find a balance point between what we can afford and what we need in sales.

what wecan afford what we needin sales somewhere right about here, together

It's somewhere in between, and we'd rather find that spot with you than guess at it.

What makes it work for both of us.

Here's the other half of the balance. Whatever we put into your stores, these are the things that get your customers excited and help it come back as sales for you and for us.

  • Every product in every storeso whichever door a customer walks through, the thing your team got them excited about is right there
  • A solid lineupthe strains and flavors your customers reach for
  • Give all our new products a trysomething new on the shelf gives your team and your customers a fresh thing to get excited about
  • Prioritize us for flowerso the flower your customers get excited about is there when they come looking
  • Pictures on the menucustomers get excited about what they can see
  • Featured on the websiteso the excitement starts before they walk in
  • Keystone pricing instead of 2.4so your shelf price competes with the neighbors, and a good price gets customers excited too
  • Display items and prominent placementso customers spot it the moment they walk in

Here's the path we'd love: try it together, watch the numbers together, and if sales grow, sampling grows with them. How that looks and when we check in are things we define with you.

Let's talk about it.
